- Improved critical user journey and cloud-native observability
The ignio AIOps platform has enhanced Observability capabilities across various use cases and technologies. This includes new Critical User Journeys (CUJ) for SREs to define the end-to-end technical flows of a specific function, covering related applications, APIs, and databases to monitor performance using SLOs and SLIs. Also, within the Observe module, new capabilities include observability for Long-Responding traces, and CloudWatch integration, improving overall observability into cloud-native environments. Observe is also now easier to manage with a dedicated Aggregator Maintenance Dashboard and agent down alerts.

ignio AIOps capabilities have been strengthened to give IT teams more visibility and better automation for common operational tasks that cover operational risk and compliance. This includes a new Risk Intelligence Dashboard for context-aware scoring vulnerabilities detected by Vulnerability Scanning tools, prioritized by business impact and severity, and suggested feasible patches aligned to known complex standard. ignio now supports end-to-end automations for patching with ITSM, for applications, databases, and more. It introduces more automated capabilities for certificate lifecycle management, including change request management, incident handling and more.

The new release introduces multiple capabilities for quick and proactive identification of any IT anomaly that may cause business issues by introducing composite, deviation-based, and range-based health checks. It also supports KPI derivation to generate meaningful insights directly from collected system data.
Simultaneously, it now offers in-depth capabilities to detect process issues with hierarchical modeling of business transactions, and automated data inconsistency checks across these processes' steps. Additionally, it now offers visibility into anomalies which are increasing/decreasing to identify reasons for process bottlenecks.

The Goat release enhances ignio’s cloud cost management capabilities with tag normalization, cross-cloud cost comparison, granular data authorization, and total cost of ownership insights.
