Gartner, in their latest Market Guide for Event Intelligence Solutions (EIS), 2025, has named Digitate as a representative vendor. According to the report, EIS are platforms that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics to enhance, speed up, and automate how organizations respond to digital service alerts and signals. 

Following are the key findings from the Gartner report on the evolving EIS landscape: 

• The term AIOps has gained broad adoption among vendors across various IT operations markets, yet it often lacks a consistent definition or shared understanding. Combined with the surrounding hype around AI, this has created confusion and frustration for Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) leaders whose expectations remain unfulfilled. 

• Many IT operations teams struggle to unlock the full potential of EIS, often seeing only limited benefits such as basic event correlation and noise reduction. As a result, these limited outcomes can lead to doubts about the overall value, and difficulty in justifying the investment.
